I had performance exhaust install and make an exhaust system for my Fj40. I used 2 1/2 inch to a magnaflow 44 exhaust. They did a great job and it sounds great!

I got to spend a little time outside today where I modified a AEM dry cold air intake for a 5.3/6.0 Chevy.  Took some cutting to make it work, but it came out nice!

The shocks are on and it is ready for paint. I couldn't resisit taking a picture of my new helper sleeping while I was tapping the pitman arm to work with FJ80 rod ends.

Finally ordered the tank plumbing and headers. Just mounted them today. I will be running some lines then have the body painted!

Fitting the body panels and making sure the hood and steering shaft will work now that the engine is mounted.
So when can I paint it?

Put the fender on to help with clearances with brakes and steering. Looking pretty sharp!

I have been making ok progress. The frame has been POR'd and the body is ready to have paint. I still need several parts to place before I can have the body painted.

Wow a month to get the suspension on. It is going to be tall. Those are 33's!
